ConnectERG is a regional alliance of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) dedicated to fostering diverse talent in the area. Whether you lead an ERG, are part of one, or are interested in starting an ERG at your company, this event will provide you with valuable insights, networking opportunities, and practical guidance.
During the morning session, we will:
- Explore the current challenges faced by ERGs.
- Discuss resources and services that could benefit your organization.
- Share how the Chamber can support diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging within your workplace and the broader community.
