As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll support lead teachers in creating engaging, play-based classrooms that foster early learning and development through Constructivist Theory and social-emotional growth.
Qualifications:
- CDA(Child Development Associate) required
- Experience with young children preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and confidentiality
- Assist with curriculum delivery, classroom setup, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Support child assessments and family communication
- Work collaboratively with teaching teams
- Full- and part-time roles with weekday hours
- Training, coaching, and career development provided
- Up to $750/semester for CDA tuition (for eligible Ohio residents)
- Paid time off and mental health days accrued; Holidays off
