Bilinguals Needed!

We are seeking multiple Bilingual Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be handling inbound calls, and assisting customers with questions regarding their debit cards. Training will be provided on our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their debit cards.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
• Previous call center experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work the assigned shift with flexibility if needed.

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – Finish
• Second Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Crown Staffing is seeking a bilingual recruiter to fill an opening in Florence, Kentucky, and Springdale, Ohio.
Qualifications:

• MUST be flexible with the working schedule, the hours could be as early as 8:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM, a 40-hour work week. Will be Monday-Friday except for the occasional Saturday for Job fairs or other business needs
• Must have basic Microsoft experience such as Excel and Outlook.
• Previous recruiting experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment
