Taco Works is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant serving fresh, handcrafted tacos, bowls, and street-style favorites. We’re looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations, support the team, and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily restaurant shifts and hands on cooking

• Ensure food quality and cleanliness

• Lead, train, and support staff

• Manage inventory and assist with scheduling

• Resolve customer concerns professionally

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants preferred

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
