Accuracy Now Interpretation Services, a social business enterprise of Catholic Charities, is seeking a Program Manager.

The Program Manager will provide leadership and maintain service contracts and ensure KPI’s meet or exceed program expenses for program sustainability. The Program Manager will provide direction and coordination of the operations, budget and staff of Accuracy Now and be responsible for all reporting aspects and compliance with auditing agencies. In addition, the Program Manager will oversee community relations and create social media marketing materials for Accuracy Now.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Coordinate language services by ensuring policies and procedures are in place for the program to run efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct interviews and onboard new staff members to build a cohesive and effective team.
  • Cascades goals to direct reports and connects goals to department and organizational strategy, mission, vision and values
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff on day-to-day performance as well as in annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure that recruitment function is maintaining compliance with all regulations as it relates to providing community interpretation services.
  • Work with the Finance Department to oversee billing function and payroll of the department.
  • Coordinate with Catholic Charities programs staff to support their language service needs. This includes the Cincinnati and Springfield offices as well as Clark County agency partners.
  • Providing customer service and assistance with problem resolution as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of progressive managerial experience; experience working and leading others in a multi-entity system.
  • 1 or more years of database management experience.
  • 2 or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb data-management skills using Excel, extracting data and measuring KPIs
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

Preferred Qualifications And Skills:

  • Prior experience working as a professional interpreter.
  • 40 hours of Medical Interpreter training from a recognized curriculum.
  • Billing and contractor management experience.

Work Environment:
Typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.

  • Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds
