Shift: 10-hour shifts | 4 days per week
Schedule Options:
- Sunday – Wednesday
- Wednesday – Saturday
- 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Production Line Lead for a fast-paced beverage packaging facility. This position is responsible for leading and supporting a production line team to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are met.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is comfortable working directly with team members, providing direction, answering questions, and helping maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support production employees on assigned packaging lines
- Provide daily direction, coaching, and support to team members
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees and leadership
- Monitor production goals, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Assist with training new employees on processes and expectations
- Identify and communicate issues impacting production, quality, or attendance
- Ensure employees follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and team-focused work environment
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
- Previous leadership, lead, trainer, or supervisor experience a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
