The Formica Corporation, one of the world’s premier producers of high-pressure laminates, has an immediate opportunity for a Production Worker at the Evandale, Ohio Manufacturing Facility.
 

Hourly pay: $22.21 per hour + shift premium ($.80 and $.90/hour) for off shifts
 

You must be available for any of these shifts (including overtime and weekends):

• Second Shift - Monday through Friday, 2:30pm - 10:30pm 
• Third Shift - Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm - 6:30am
• Letter Shift - 12 hour days/nights- three or four days a week - 6:30am - 6:30pm or 6:30pm - 6:30am

Overall, here’s what we need you to do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery
• Make machine adjustments
• Work with hoists, cranes, computers, and printers
• Check quality and inspect materials
• Move, store, and deliver material using platform trucks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment
• Perform general cleaning and routine janitorial duties
• Perform other incidental duties as required

Qualifications to be considered for the role:

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• The ability to work overtime and weekends is a must.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. 
• Frequent moving and/or standing while reaching, pulling, and pushing.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse work is preferred.
