Xavier University's Office of the Registrar is seeking a Student Records Coordinator. This Student Records Coordinator serves as the contact for student record and registration related questions for all academic terms for specialized academic programs. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations that may include academic records, the scheduling of classes, course registration, time-tickets, transfer credit, degree conferral, and FLAC. This position also assists with the processing of student records work related to incoming new students and their transfer credit. This includes coordinating transfer credit estimate requests for prospective students. In addition, this position supports student record data auditing, analysis, and reporting.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff in support of the services of the Office of the Registrar, especially as related to the support of designated academic programs.
- Ensure accuracy of information received, processed, and reported.
- Assist the Associate and Assistant Registrars as needed with primary office deliverables, especially as related to the support of the specialized academic programs and the support of new students and their transfer credit.
- Assist with in-person, phone, and email inquiries.
- A bachelor’s degree
- Three years prior administrative experience
- Experience working in higher education and using Banner or other equivalent student information system is preferred
