Xavier University is looking for a motivated administrative professional to fill the role of Administrative Assistant II. This position is a key part of the Office of Student Financial Services’ team. The individual will be responsible for processing and responding to incoming communication/documents, answering phone calls, the first one to process verifications, and will manage the student workers. The Administrative Assistant will also order supplies, manage tasks for the office, update office documents, and take notes for meetings. The individual will perform other duties as assigned to support the general financial aid operations within the financial aid office. An individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail is preferred.
This individual will work closely with the entire office staff. Some evening and weekend flexibility is required as this position supports university hosted events for prospective and current students.
Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
