Job Description Summary

As a part of that expansion, the individual in this role will assist in research administration. Essential Duties
- Communicate with principal investigators regarding timelines, feedback, and progress monitoring
- Assist principal investigators with various aspects of grant proposal planning, preparation, and submission of external grant proposals.
- Navigate a wide variety of proposal submission systems
- Develop and/or review budgets; approve budgets; and enter into required forms
- Ensure proposal compliance with sponsor, university, and other relevant guidance
- Initiate and review Cayuse records for internal routing and approval
- Gather institutional data and other information needed for proposals
- Complete and/or review forms required for proposal submission
- Serve as final approver for proposal submission using checklists to ensure compliance
- Participate in the coordination, development and delivery of educational workshops and other events
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:

1 year research administration
