Job Description Summary

Job Description
The CBL Coordinator is responsible for supporting the strategic, tactical, and operational functions of the Center for Business Leadership, working closely with the Program Director, Assistant Director, and Student Directors.

Duties include and are not limited to:

  • Providing project management support for logistics, execution, and financial oversight of key CBL events throughout the year.
  • Key events include CBL monthly meetings, annual recruitment efforts, individual and team labs, board communications, industry partner relations, fundraising initiatives, and the Leading on Purpose (LOP) event.
  • Handling event planning logistics such as ordering food and supplies, managing print materials, organizing presentation slides, and booking rooms.
  • Supporting communications with donors and corporate partners as the Center grows.
  • Tracking CBL Fellow certifications throughout their 3-4 year development journey.
  • Assisting in preparing board reports, annual reports, and monitoring operational expenses.
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a closely related field, or at least 2 years of professional experience in project management, marketing, or communications.
