Job Description
Assistant Teaching Professor/Assistant Lecturer (non-tenure track; multiple positions) to teach in the area of human capital management leadership, starting Fall Semester 2025. Provide quality teaching in multiple areas of human capital management and leadership at both the introductory and upper levels, provide service to the profession and university, and advise students.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Required: For appointment as an Assistant Teaching Professor, applicants must have a doctorate in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field by the date of appointment. For appointment as an Assistant Lecturer, applicants must have a Master's in Business Administration, or a Master's degree in a closely related field by the date of appointment with a minimum of 2-year work experience in the industry.  Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime and indefinite basis.
  • Consideration may be given to candidates with demonstrated quality collegiate teaching experience, including experience in teaching in fields related to organizational behavior or human resource management; a demonstrated ability, or an interest in, working with external industry partners to facilitate experiential student learning, curriculum enhancement, and career exploration and opportunities.
